- Essentials of orchestral and solo playing
- How to practice efficiently and effectively
- Daily stretching and movement routines
- Anatomy and care of a double bass
- Focus on fundamentals including intonation, posture, strokes, facility, sound production, scales, vibrato, and development of musicianship, listening, practice skills, ear training, and ensemble playing
